We provide U.S. notarization and coordinate certified translation and apostille. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Requirements abroad can change, and final acceptance rests with the receiving authority.

Fees, refunds, and chargebacks

Tarifas, reembolsos y contracargos

Fees are quoted before work begins and depend on the document, destination, and turnaround. Third-party costs such as state apostille fees and shipping may apply. Fees for services that have been requested, performed, and completed are final and non-refundable, and no chargeback or reversal will be sought.

Las tarifas se cotizan antes de comenzar y dependen del documento, el destino y la urgencia. Pueden aplicarse costes de terceros, como tasas estatales de apostilla y envío. What notarization and translation certify

Qué certifican la notarización y la traducción

Notarial acts certify the identity and signature of the signer only, not the legality, validity, or truth of the underlying document. Certified translations attest to the accuracy of the content. Final acceptance of any document rests with the receiving authority abroad.
